Baked Chicken and Stuffing

   Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 dish with non-stick spray, and place the uncooked chicken breasts in the dish.

   Place a slice of cheese on each breast (feel free to use more cheese, if you like).

   Mix the soup and the wine with a whisk, and pour over the chicken and cheese.

   Spread stuffing evenly over the soup-wine mix.

   Pour melted butter over the stuffing.

   Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, removing the foil towards the end so the stuffing browns.

   Sometimes I do it in reverse, starting it uncovered and then covering it about 20 minutes in, so the stuffing will steam a little.
