Baked Cheesecake

   Put all the ingredients in the blender.

   Mix to a smooth consistency.

   Pour the mixture into cups.

   Fill them up 70-80%.

   Bake in an oven preheated to 170C (338 F) for 30 minutes.

   Insert a skewer in a cake and if it comes out clear, it is ready.

   If you would like them to be a little more golden, bake them for another 5 minutes.

   Cool them on a wire rack, then put them in the fridge to chill.

   You can also enjoy them half frozen.

    If you use an 18 cm round pan, the height will be around 2 cm.
