Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut florets of broccoli off the stem. Rinse and drain in a colander.

Place the crackers in a zip top bag and crush them into crumbs.

In a small bowl combine the oil, oregano, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Dump in the cracker crumbs and mix together with a fork.

Lay the broccoli on a large sheet pan, sprinkle with the crumb mixture and toss slightly. Level the broccoli out on the pan and place in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes, turning broccoli over halfway through cooking. The broccoli will be bright green and still slightly crisp when done. If you prefer your broccoli softer, continue cooking in 5-minute intervals until the desired doneness is reached.
