Baked BBQ Sweet and Sour Chicken (Freezer Meal)

   If freezing: Place all of the ingredients except the rice in a freezer-safe zip-lock bag.

   Seal the bag and shake to coat.

   Freeze until ready to use.

   Pour the frozen ingredients into a greased 13x9 baking dish.

   Preheat your oven to 350 F. Put dish into the heated oven and bake for about 45 minutes to an hour.

   If making fresh: Preheat your oven to 350 F. Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

   In a large bowl add the chicken and sprinkle with the magic dust.

   Toss to coat.

   Place chicken and all the remaining ingredients (except rice and BBQ sauce) in the prepared 13x9 inch baking dish.

    Drizzle with the BBQ sauce and bake for 30 minutes stirring about halfway through.

    Serve over hot cooked rice.
