Baked Almond Honey And Apple Pudding Recipe

   Preheat oven to gas mark 5 375 F/190C.You will need 1 buttered1.25litre baking dish.

   Slice the apples straight into a saucepan add in the honey and the water and stew them gently till they are soft (this will take roughly 5 - 10 min).

   Then add in the breadcrumbs to the apples and pour the mix into a baking dish.

   Next rinse out the saucepan dry it and add in the butter and heat over a gentle heat then take it off the heat and stir in the sugar and grnd almonds and finally the beaten egg.

   Spread this mix over the apple mix and bake the pudding for 25-35 min or possibly till the top is a nice golden.

   Serve very warm with chilled pouring cream.
