4 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
10 slices bacon
1 cup seasoned stuffing mix (Stove Top chicken)
⅓ cup water or ⅓ cup broth
3 tablespoons bacon drippings
¼ cup celery, chopped
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
½ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon seasoning salt
⅛ teaspoon ginger (optional)
1 dash pepper

Pound chicken breast thin between 2 plastic bags.

Fry 6 slices of the bacon until crisp and crumbly.

Reserve 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings.
