Wrap each piece of kielbasa with bacon and secure each end of bacon with a toothpick. Pan fry over medium high heat just until brown and crispy.

Place the brown sugar onto a plate and roll each side of the cooked kielbasa in the sugar then place onto a baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, until the brown sugar has melted and caramelized. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and let cool for a few minutes so you can handle them to pull out the toothpicks.

Cut the sheet of puff pastry into 4 equal sections and roll 1 bacon wrapped hog with 1 section of pastry. Place onto a baking sheet and brush with the egg wash.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
