Bacon Wrapped Cheese Stuffed Hot Dogs

   Cut hot dogs long way, being careful not to cut all the way through.

   Gently lay it open and add the cheese and mustard, or other condiments.

   Wrapped each hot dog with a slice of bacon.

   Secure the bacon on the side of a hot dog with wet toothpicks.

   Grill using Indirect Heat at about 350F for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or whenever the bacon is fully cooked.

   Allow to cool for about 10 minutes and remove the toothpicks.

   Serve with your favorite condiments.
