Preheat the oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

In a pan, fry up 4 pieces of bacon until crispy.

Remove bacon from the pan and chop it into small pieces.

Save the bacon fat in a small bowl.

Take the kale and tear or cut the leaves from the stems.

Wash the kale in a salad spinner and place into a large bowl.
