Ingredients: 2 lbs 96% lean ground beef; 3 ounces pkg.oscar mayer bacon bits; 1 (8 ounce) package medium cheddar (shredded); 1 egg; 1 cup quick-cooking oats; 1 medium onion (chopped); ½ cup light mayonnaise; ½ cup ketchup; 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce; ½ teaspoon black pepper; ⅓ cup ketchup; 2 tablespoons yellow mustard

2 lbs 96% lean ground beef
3 ounces pkg.oscar mayer bacon bits
1 (8 ounce) package medium cheddar (shredded)
1 egg
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 medium onion (chopped)
½ cup light mayonnaise
½ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper
⅓ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Preheat oven to 370 degrees.

In large bowl combine the first 10 ingredents mixing well.

Form mixture into a loaf and place on a rack inside of a slightly sided pan (enough to contain fat drippings) and place into oven.

Bake for 90 minutes.

While meatloaf is baking mix the last 2 ingredients and set aside to use as a topping.

After 90 minutes remove meatloaf and spread topping mixture on top.

Place meatloaf back in oven and bake another 15 minutes or until center of meatloaf is 160 degrees.
