Bacon And Pepper Bread Pudding

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0F. Grease and line an 8 inch cake pan with parchment paper. Heat a medium frying pan over medium heat, add bacon and onion and cook, stirring, for 5 mins, or until onion is soft. Remove from heat.

   Arrange 1/2 cubed bread in prepared pan. Top with 1/2 the bacon and onion mixture, 1/2 the peppers, 1/2 the parsley and 1/2 the cheese. Repeat.

   Whisk together eggs and milk then season. Pour over bread mixture. Set aside for 5 mins. Bake for 30 mins, or until golden brown and set. Let cool for 5 mins then slice and serve.
