   Cook bacon till crisp; drain.

   Add in mushrooms and onions to bacon in skillet; cook and stir 4 min.

   Meanwhile, cook fettuccine as directed on package in large saucepan; drain.

   Return fettuccine to saucepan; add in cream cheese, lowfat milk and seasonings.

   Cook and stir on medium heat till cream cheese melts.
