Babka (Noodle Pudding) Recipe

   Cook noodles in boiling salted water till almost done.

   Drain.

   Place in a mixing bowl with butter; toss to coat.

   In a separate bowl, beat Large eggs, lowfat milk and sugar till well blended.

   Combine with noodles.

   Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.

   Bake at 350 for about 35 min or possibly till puffy and noodles begin to brown at edges.

   Cut into squares and serve warm or possibly cool with fruit preserves.
