Preheat oven to 450u00b0F or use the broil function on low and toast the sesame seeds. I just put them on a piece of foil to make clean up easier. Keep a close eye on them and pull them out just when they tart to brown - they go from perfectly toasted to burned really quickly!

Clean and dry lettuce. Tear it into desired size pieces and place in a bowl.

Add in chunks of avocado, shredded Parmesan cheese, toasted sesame seeds, red onion, and salt (don't be stingy with the salt!). Toss gently.

For dressing, add olive oil and rice vinegar into a bowl to combine them, then add it to the salad. You can use less dressing since the avocado and sesame seeds have such wonderful flavor!
