Avocado Scrub and Moisturizer

   Mash ripe avocado really well.

   Add sugar and olive oil.

   Add a few drops of pachouli essential oil.

   Smother on face, lips, hands, decolletage or on entire body.. Keep on for a few minutes.

   Wash off with warm water.

   Over ripe avocadoes can be used in this recipe.

   3 or 4 drops of patchouli essential oil is optional.

   It smells great and is good for the skin.

   But if you don't have it just use what you have or skip this ingredient alltogether.

    Will keep refrigerated in a tightly closed container.

    Use as is as a moisturizer.

    Add little sugar if using as a scrub.

    Can use the scrub or times daily on your hands and body.
