Avocado Salsa

   Cut peel and any white pith from orange with sharp knife, then cut sections free from membranes, letting them drop into medium bowl.

   Cut orange sections in half.

   Add cucumber, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt to taste, and toss to mix.

   Add avocado, and toss gently to mix.
