Avocado Dip : (Christmas Trees)

   Peel and chop the avocado and place in a mixing bowl, add the lemon juice and Primula cheese with prawns.

   Using a hand blender blitz the mixture until smooth, or mix with a fork.

   Cut the toasted Pitta bread into triangles and pipe or spread onto the pitta triangles.

   Sprinkle with the finely chopped chilli and top with a pomegranate seed.

   Place a half twiglet at the base of the tree for the trunk.
