1 large onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup jalapenos, diced
1 can black beans, drained
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
4 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp cumin
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
3 tbsp Tabasco sauce

Cook ground beef, onions, jalapenos, and minced garlic together until meat is cooked thoroughly. Add half of the chili powder and cumin, cinnamon--mix. In a large pot, add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 30 minutes-3 hours. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, cornbread or crackers.
