Aunt Rocky’S Asparagus, Artichoke & Salami Salad

   In a large casserole dish with a lid, place the chopped asparagus pieces. Steam in microwave 3 minutes. Drain well.

   Add all of the remaining ingredients and toss. Divide onto serving plates. Garnish as desired.

   1. If you don't have the Wishbone dressing, use any other dressing that is high in fat and very low in carbs.

   2. I use very skinny asparagus spears for this salad to avoid any pieces that are woody or too fibrous.
