Juice of one lemon
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 T worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 T dried parsly
1 tsp. MSG
1 tsp. garlic powder
4-6 dashes Tabasco

Mix all ingredients well.

Place steak on bread board and coat thoroughly with Adolphs seasoned meat tenderizer. Perforate with fork, both sides.

Place steak in marinade and turn every 1/2 hour for 6 hours.

Broil or grill approx. 15 min. each side.
