   In a LARGE pot brown meat, garlic, and onions.

   Drain.

   Add in tomatoes, paste, and all spices.

   If it seems too thick add in a can of water.

   Simmer at least 2 hrs, stirring occasionally.

   During the last hour check the thickness and add in water if you feel the need.

   This can be kept in sealed jars in the fridge for 4-5 weeks without the grnd beef.

   It can also be canned or possibly frzn without the grnd beef.
