Ingredients: 1.5 lb sirloin steak, trimmed of fat; 6 tbs lime juice; 2 tbs fish sauce; 2 tbs low sodium soy sauce; 2 tbs sugar; 1 tsp chili paste or thai red curry paste; 2 cucumber peeled & seeded, quartered lengthwise then sliced thinly; 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced; 2 cup halved grape tomatoes; 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro; 4 tablespoons chopped fresh mint; 4 scallions (green onion) thinly sliced; 4 tbs chopped roasted peanuts
