roll out pizza dough and place into a very well olive oiled baking sheet9 with sides)

on a very low heat, melt butter, lemon juice parsley (chopped), and wine. Brush all over the top of the pizza dough.

In same pan add 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, and chopped artichoke hearts. Take off heat and add bread crumbs and 2 tblsp. of grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle that topping all over the top of the pizza. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Take out and sprinkle the mozzarella all over the top. Put back in oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Make sure bottom of pizza is crisp and light brown. Don't overcook the cheese topping.
