Aromatic Rustic French Bread with Honey and Sesame Seeds

   Knead for 5-6 minutes in a bread maker, then turn off the switch.

   (Add the sesame seeds after 3 minutes.)

   Take the dough out from the bread maker, form to a ball, cover a wrap for the 1st rising, and wait until the dough doubles in size.

   Reshape the dough and rest for about 20 minutes.

   Punch out the gas and roll into a ball.

   Place the dough into a bowl sprinkled with flour.

   Rest for 2nd rising.

   Then place the dough gently on a sheet.

   Make a cross cut.

    Preheat the oven at 250C then reduce to 210C, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Crispy outside and fluffy inside!
