1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 onion, sliced
1 armadillo, dressed
1/4 c. margarine
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. sour cream
cooked rice
