April's Chicken Salad

   Pick the roasted chicken and process it in food processor .

   In a large bowl, add nuts, dried fruits, celery and salt.

   Drizzle lemon juice and toss.

   Next, add your mayo and fold in the honey.

   Chill and eat.

   You may also want to process and chop your dried fruit.

   I prefer it chunky!

   If you have trouble finding this dried mix, use dried apricots and cranberries or halved white grapes -- just have fun!
