1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking soda
3/4 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Butter, softened
1/2 c. Orange juice
2 Tbsp. Mllk
1 x Egg
1 1/4 c. Minced dry apricots
1/4 pkt (12-ounce) Nestle Toll House little bits semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. Minced walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In small bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, salt and baking soda; set aside.

In large bowl, combine sugar and butter; beat well.

Add in orange juice, lowfat milk and egg; beat well.

Gradually blend in flour mix.

Spread into greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
