Turn out onto a floured board and knead a few times.

Place each circle of dough on a greased baking sheet, and cut each into 6 wedges as though you were cutting a pie (but leave them in place).

Slide the scones into the oven, and bake till lightly browned (check after 15 min).

When done, allow to cold, then separate the wedges to serve.
