1 1/2 c. Chunky Applesauce
1/4 c. Apple Butter
2 lrg Egg Whites
1 lrg Egg
3 c. All-Purpose Flour

1 tsp Grnd Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Grnd Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Salt
1 c. Raisins Vegetable Cooking Spray
1/4 c. Minced Pecans Toasted
1 1/2 tsp Light Margarine Chilled
8 ounce Light Cream Cheese Chilled
2 c. Sifted Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 350F.

Beat sugar and butter at medium speed of a mixer till well blended (about 5 min).

Add in applesauce, apple butter, egg whites, and egg; beat well.

Add in flour and next 4 ingredients (flour through salt); beat well.

Pour batter into a 13X9 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350F for 45 min or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
