1/4 c. Vegetable oil
1/4 c. Sugar
1 x Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 c. Unsweetened Applesauce
1/2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 c. Unbleached White Flour
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
1/8 tsp Grnd cloves
1/2 c. Rolled oats
1/2 c. Raisins

Cream the oil and sugar together.

Add in the egg and beat till light.

Blend in the vanilla and applesauce.

Stir in the flours, baking pwdr, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, oats and raisins into the creamed mix.

Blend well.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly-oiled baking sheets.

Bake in a 375 F oven for 8-10 minutes or possibly till lightly browned.
