Applesauce Puffs

   Combine biscuit mix, the first 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

   Add applesauce, milk, egg and oil.

   Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.

   Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.

   Bake at 400u00b0 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

   Cool slightly; remove from pan. Dip tops in melted butter and then in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Makes about 2 dozen.
