Applesauce-Pecan Bread

   Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

   Stir in pecans and raisins.

   Make a well in center of mixture.

   Combine egg, applesauce and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

   Spoon mixture into a greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/4 x 3-inch loaf pan.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.

   Remove from pan.

   Let cool on wire rack.
