3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon, divided
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans, divided
1/2 c. candied fruit
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
candied cherries (to decorate top)
