Applesauce Cake

   In a very large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, raisins, nuts and spices.

   Heat together the margarine and applesauce. When hot, add the soda.

   Stir and pour over dry ingredients. Stir well.

   Add preserves.

   Blend in and bake in a large tube pan at 300u00b0 for 2 hours.

   Let cool well before removing from pan.
