¾ cup shortening

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar

Mix the sugar, shortening, eggs, & applesauce well.

Stir the dry ingredients together.

After mixing all the ingredients together stir in raisins.

Pour into a greased and floured 12 x 15 cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 about 20 minutes.

Beat the cream cheese and butter together until fluffy.
