1 c. fresh bread crumbs

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp coarse grnd black pepper

Coat large non-stick fry pan with cooking spray.

Over medium heat, cook constantly.

Remove from heat and place in mixing bowl.

Using 3tablespoons mix, portion and shaped into 16 patties, 3/4-inch thick.

Place on broiler pan or possibly baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

Broil 3-inches from heat, turning once, about 3 min each side or possibly till light brown and center is no longer pink.
