Apple Squares

   Mix first 4 ingredients by hand to make crumb mixture.

   Set aside all but one cup of it.

   Grease 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan and put this one cup of mixture in bottom of pan.

   Take sliced apples and sprinkle the sugar/cinnamon over it.

   Layer pan with apples (2 layers) and sprinkle remaining crumb mixture (any left-over sugar/cinnamon can be added to crumb mixture).

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour.

   Cool completely and cut into squares.
