Almonds; 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon; 1/2 tsp Allspice; 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg; 1/4 tsp Grnd ginger; 1/2 c. Raisins, minced; 1/2 c. Walnuts Cashew Cream, see recipe, optional

2 c. Dry apples, grnd
4 med Apples, cored and shredded
1 c. Sprouted wheat berries
1/2 c. Date paste, or possibly finely grnd dates
1/2 c. Almonds
2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
1/4 tsp Grnd ginger
1/2 c. Raisins, minced
1/2 c. Walnuts Cashew Cream, see recipe, optional

Grind ingredients, except for the walnuts, in a food processor.

Add in the walnuts and pulse to mix.

Firmly press cake mix into an 8-inch springform pan.

Refrigeratefor at least 2 hrs.

Remove from springform and serve.
