Apple Raisin-stuffed Chicken

   Mix contents of vegetable/seasoning packet, hot water and butter in large bowl until butter is melted.

   Stir in stuffing crumb, apple, raisins and pecans just to moisten.

   Let stand 5 minutes.

   POUND chicken to 1/4 -inch (3 mm) thickness.

   Spoon 1 Tbsp.

   (15 mL) stuffing on chicken breast and roll up.

   Place chicken seam-side down in baking dish.

   Brush barbecue sauce on chicken.

   Spoon remaining stuffing around chicken.

    Bake at 375F for 40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
