4 lb Country style pork ribs
1 can Frozen concentrated apple juice
1/2 cup Roses sour apple martini mix
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Powdered ginger
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp Coriander

Mix marinade ingredients and marinate pork in the refrigerator overnight.

Making BBQ sauce and refrigerate if not using it right away.

Can be made a day or so in advance.

Set of your grill for Indirect Heat with a drip pan in the middle.

Place pork on the grill directly over drip pan.

Pour the marinade in to the drip pan and add a little water if needed.

Close the lid and cook at about 300F to 325F for about an 1 & 1/2 hour.

When the pork has an internal temperature of 185F glazed with the Cranberries BBQ sauce.

Cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, flip over and glaze with bbq sauce again.

Cook for 10 to 15 more minutes.
