Spread dough in the pie mold, prick the bottom with a fork. Set aside.

Place all ingredients in the cup of the cream and beat for a few seconds in speed 4. Then program 7 min., Temp. 90 speed 4. While the cream is cooking, peel the apples and place the well distributed slices over the puff pastry. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.

Place the cream filling over the apples and distribute the flaked almonds over it , sprinkling with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake for about 25 minutes until the pastry is golden brown. Remove and let it cool.
