2 1/4 c. Unbleached flour
1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
2 lb Green apples
1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
1/4 c. Pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
