Apple Pie Delights

   Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

   Peel the apples, chop two in the chopper, and cut the other two into thin slices.

   Mix the eggs with the butter, milk, and sugar.

   Gradually, add the flour and baking powder, and mix well.

   Add the chopped apples, and stir again.

   Pour the mixture into a silicone mold, and garnish with the sliced apples, sprinkle with sugar.

   Bake until golden brown, and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

   Let cool, and brush the pie with jam of your choice.
