1 cup sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 Land O Lakes Eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 medium (3 cups) apples, peeled, chopped
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter
4 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 to 4 tablespoons Land O Lakes Fat Free Half & Half

Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.

Combine 1 cup butter, sugar and brown sugar in bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy.

Add eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla; continue beating until well mixed.

Melt 1/2 cup butter in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat.
