   In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk.

   In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar.

   Add the eggs and milk to the flour mixture.

   Peel the apples and grate them thick.

   Add the apples to the batter. Stir gently.

   Heat a skillet, add a ladle of batter, cook, flip, and cook the other side.

   Pour honey or maple syrup on top, and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
