1/2 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 c. Margarine
2 c. Oatbran
2 x Golden brown Delicious apples, grated with skin
2/3 c. Currants
3/4 c. 2 % lowfat milk
4 x Egg whites

In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking pwdr and cinnamon.

Use two knives to cut margarine into a dry mix till crumbly.
