Beat oil and sugar in large bowl of mixer.

Add egg yolks.

Add flour gradually with soda, salt and vanilla.

This will be a very stiff dough.

Add the beaten egg whites and nuts.

Beat until dough is thinner.

Fold in by hand the apples, chopped fine.
