Preheat oven to 350

Grease a 9*5 loaf pan and set aside

In small bowl mix brown sugar and Cinnamon and set aside

In your mixer bowl add white sugar and butter and mix until smooth

Beat in eggs one at a time and then add the vanilla

In another bowl sift flour and baking powder together

Slowly mix in the flour to butter mixture

Add in milk and mix until smooth and set aside

In a small bowl peel and chop your apples

Add the sugar and cinnamon to the apples and mix together

Pour half of your cake mix in your loaf pan

Add half of your apples on top of cake mix

Add half of your brown sugar mix on top of your apples... Take a fork and lightly press the apples in your cake mix

Repeat steps... Add cake mix.. Apples.. Brown sugar mix and again pat down in cake mix

Bake for a hour... Use tooth pick and insert in middle making sure it comes out pretty clean to ensure its done...

I baked mines for 1 hour and 4 minutes

While your apple loaf is baking prepare the cream glaze ...in small bowl add sugar and the milk and mix well

Once your apple loaf is done let cool 10 minutes and remove from pan..

I use butter knife around edges for easy removal... With a spoon drizzle cream glaze over top and enjoy
