Peel the apples and cuts them in small chunks. Toss them in a bowl with half a teaspoon of cinnamon, half tbsp of light muscovado sugar and whisk them together for 2 mins. Then poor 1 tsp of honey and mix again for a fed seconds.

In another bowl pour the flour, and take the 1/4 of avocado and 1/2 banana and mashed them all together and keep whisking until it looks like crumble. Bear in mind it will be harder than using butter or any other fat, so feel free to use that tsp of extra virgin olive oil if you feel like it. Then put the oats and the sugar and mix them all again for 2-3 mins.

In a medium size pyrex or baking tray, place the apple chunks evenly to cover all the area and and corners and pour the crumble on the top. To finish it of take 1 tsp of honey and slowly let it flow on the top of the crumble, covering as much as you can. There is no need to use a lot to cover everything, is just for an extra taste and make the crumble bind better. Do not use it if you feel it will be too sweet for your taste.

Finally put it in the middle of an oven for 20 mins. And then is ready - enjoy it in the way you prefer best!
