2/3 c. Vegetable shortening Cool water
4 1/2 c. Minced cooking apples
2 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon

1 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
1 c. Whipping cream
1/3 c. Confectioner's sugar

Combine 2 c. flour and salt.

Cut in shortening till mix resembles coarse meal.

Sprinkle with sufficient cool water to create a soft dough.

On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/8th- inch thickness.
